Ing. Richard Bednár, PhD. graduated from engineering and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Business Management at The University of Economics in Bratislava and from 2012 is a lecturer and researcher at The Management Department. He teaches Strategic Management, International Management and International Business, Management. His main research topic is the extension and deepening of business model knowledge in post-industrial era of business, which should support viability of new and also adapted companies. He is event manager of project StartUp Camp, which supports new technologies and innovations of young people.

prof. Ing. Štefan Slávik, CSc. has been the Head of Management Department at the Faculty of Business Management, The university of Economics in Bratislava, since 1995. He is guarantor of two university subjects - Strategic Management and Change Management. Štefan Slávik is the author and co-author of 10 university books, 18 lecture notes, 7 monographs, 5 articles in current content journals, 21 articles in domestic scientific journals and 10 articles in international scientific journals. His research covers topics of strategic management and strategic analysis, competitive advantage, competitive conditions in selected sectors, research of corporate governance, change management and its latest research is oriented in business models.
